Charging 17 euro for 24 hours in a hotel like this is over the top. I expect service. The also send one a survey. 10 minutes is far too long and it contains questions pushing you into a specific statement. deleted it.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the north of the Netherlands and it was amazing! The Christmas dinner was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and spa area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby town and countryside. And I couldn't get enough of the beautiful walking trails around the property.

The service at the bar was a bit slow and there wasn't anyone available to help with carrying our bags to our room. It was also a bit difficult to find the hotel at first, but once we did, it was in a great location with easy access to the highway and nearby villages.

The setting of the hotel was beautiful, the rooms lovely, the food great and the staff friendly & helpful. The pool and pool-side areas are lovely!

We had believed the spa services would be more extensive and more professional than they were. In our view they were over-priced for the services received and we felt a little cheated by them. For example, the expensive 30 minute massage was actually 15-20 minutes with time left over to "lay and rest".

the service was exceptional, with staff anticipating our every need. the spa and wellness center had luxurious amenities and we indulged ourselves with massages and facials. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were relaxing and well, maintained. the surrounding garden area was a peaceful retreat and we enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace. the restaurant had an extensive menu with delicious, high, quality meals, and the special diet menu options were a plus.

The only minor issue we had was that the room size was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still comfortable and well, furnished. this hotel exceeded our expectations and fulfilled all of our luxurious needs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my entire visit. The hotel facilities were great, including the gym, pool, and terrace. The atmosphere of the hotel was serene, surrounded by beautiful nature in an enormous park. The breakfast was also very tasty and complete, offering a variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel is amazing, right next to the golf course in an enormous park. the view from the room was stunning, with marked bicycle roads passing by. the staff provided excellent service, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with organic products from the region.

The spa could use a make-over and the carpet throughout the hotel gave it a bit of an outdated feel.

Found the perfect location for a romantic getaway. the property is surrounded by enchanting nature trails that allow for fantastic exploration. the hotel's cozy lobby is perfect for intimate conversations, and the restaurant offers a lovely ambiance. It is a perfect place for a romantic dinner, with excellent food and impeccable service. the private terrace provided breathtaking views of the surroundings.

The hotel lacked some amenities that would have been expected for the price.
